A restaurant and pub’s booze licence hangs within the balance after having a line over social media marketing articles “condoning domestic violence”.

But its owner Craig Harker will have to wait five times for a choice from councillors on its premises licence.

Issues was in fact aired by police prior to the conference that the articles “trivialised and condoned violence” that is domestic.
